We had a rather mixed experience during our stay. While the hotel amenities were decent and the basics were satisfactory, certain aspects, especially the cleanliness of our initial room and dining service, left much to be desired. Though we appreciated the hard-working bar staff and the beautiful location, we found some areas needed improvement for a more enjoyable visit.
