We had a rather mixed experience during our stay. While the hotel amenities were decent and the basics were satisfactory, certain aspects, especially the cleanliness of our initial room and dining service, left much to be desired. Though we appreciated the hard-working bar staff and the beautiful location, we found some areas needed improvement for a more enjoyable visit.

While the service from some staff was commendable, the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were below expectations. The dining options varied, with breakfast being a highlight but the evening meals were inconsistent. The hotel has potential, but it needs to address cleanliness and management in the dining area.
