I found the accommodation very clean. the bed was comfortable and i liked the breakfast buffet. They had options for gluten-free diets. naomi at reception was helpful, efficient, polite, and friendly. the hotel is in a quiet location, close to the beach.

Mostly everything felt adequate. The key things were present, cleanliness and comfort. The room was serviced daily and it was a twin room. staff seemed willing and attentive. i feel the bar closed a little earlier than expected but this was compensated by the half price tetleys bitter.
One small thing, i found the lift a little old.

The hotel stands close to the center. It is in a quiet location. i liked the fact that it was near the beach, and that it was close to the train station.

Breakfast options were fantastic. the breakfast staff were nice, always ready to help with any requests. The dining room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with full English options, cereal and juices.

staff were excellent. The night manager seemed polite and helpful. The reception team was always ready to answer queries and provide assistance. They were quick to address any concerns i raised .
